Booking Eligibility

All participants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Be within the weight limit of their selected package

• Be physically able to safely participate in the experience

Private Experience Policy

Clear Kayak Atlanta is a private, curated experience designed to ensure safety, privacy, and quality.

• Only booked participants are permitted in the Kayak Oasis area

• No additional guests are allowed during the kayak session

• Any accompanying guests must remain in their vehicle during the experience

If the “Resort Time” add-on is purchased, up to 5 total guests (including the participant) may join only during Resort Time, not during the kayak session.

Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable

• No refunds will be issued once a booking is confirmed

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation without refund

Clear Kayak Atlanta reserves the right to enforce all policies as stated.

Add-Ons & Experience Details

• Only services selected at the time of booking will be included

• Add-ons such as floral setups, props, or upgrades must be booked in advance

• Additional edits and services may be purchased separately

Health & Safety Requirements

For safety purposes, participants must:

• Be in good physical condition

• Be able to safely enter and exit the kayak

• Not be pregnant

• Not have any injuries or medical conditions that may make participation unsafe

Clear Kayak Atlanta reserves the right to deny participation without refund if safety concerns arise, including but not limited to:

• Weight limit restrictions

• Physical ability concerns

• Visible intoxication

Weather Policy

This experience is weather-dependent.

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, participants will be offered:

• The option to reschedule, or

• A full refund

Client Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

• Reviewing the “How to Prepare” page prior to their session

• Arriving on time and prepared

• Following all instructions provided by staff

Failure to follow instructions or policies may result in cancellation without refund.

Media Release

Clear Kayak Atlanta reserves the right to:

• Capture photo and video content during sessions

• Use content for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes

Waiver & Assumption of Risk

(Waiver Agreement will be apart of your online booking process)

Participation in the Clear Kayak Atlanta experience involves water, physical movement, and the use of a kayak. These activities may present inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slipping

• Falling

• Injury

• Property damage

By participating, individuals acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in this experience and accept full responsibility for any risks associated with participation.

Clear Kayak Atlanta is not responsible for:

• Personal injury

• Loss or damage to personal property

• Accidents occurring during or after the experience

All participants are expected to follow staff guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Acknowledgment

By booking a session, participants confirm that they have reviewed and understand all Terms, Policies, and Waiver information provided by Clear Kayak Atlanta.
